What’s on it

Greeting + date

Shows the current day and a time-of-day greeting (“Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, “Good evening”).

On-shift card

If you’re scheduled today, a large hero card shows:
  • Start and end times
  • Role label (if any)
  • A live progress bar showing how far through the shift you are
  • A short “Up next” list of your next upcoming shifts
If you have nothing scheduled, a simple message replaces it.

This week strip

Seven tiles, one per day. Each tile shows the day’s shift times, or “Off”. Today is highlighted. Click Full calendar to jump to the month view.

Pending

Quick summary of trades and time-off requests that are waiting — either for your response or for a supervisor.

Quick actions

One-click shortcuts to the most common tasks: Request time off, Offer a trade, Volunteer for OT.

Open shifts for you

If there are overtime opportunities posted, three cards appear at the bottom. Click to jump to Open shifts and claim one.

Notifications belong in the Inbox

Today shows a summary. Anything that needs a deeper reply (trade responses, supervisor messages) shows up in Inbox.
