My Schedule shows a full month of shifts as a calendar grid. It’s the primary way to look further than “today”.
Month view
At the top you’ll see:
- The month name and year
- Stats — total hours this month, vacation balance
- Toggle — My schedule / Team
- Navigation — previous month, Today, next month
Each cell is one day. Weekends have a subtle tint. Today is highlighted with an accent background and a circle around the day number. Shifts appear as small colored bars with start and end times.
Team view
Click Team in the segmented control. Now every shift shows the employee’s first name. Good for seeing who’s on today or comparing workloads.
Permissions matter here: Team view only shows data to users with the schedule.view.all permission (Supervisors, Admins, and — for everyone’s own row — any user).
Clicking a shift
Click any shift bar to open its detail page:
- Date, time range, hours
- Assignee and role
- Location (if any)
- Current status (Scheduled / Trade pending / etc.)
- Duties for this shift, if any
- Action buttons: Offer for trade and Request as PTO
Shift colors / states
| Color | Meaning |
|---|
| Warm accent | Normal scheduled shift |
| Dark ink | Today’s shift |
| Warning yellow | Trade pending |
See Statuses for the full list.
Mobile
On phones, the calendar collapses to fit: smaller cells, weekday initials only, and the action buttons become icons. Tapping a day opens the same shift detail page.
