Team is a grid of every active employee. Each card shows:
  • Name
  • Group / primary position
  • On-now indicator — green dot if they have a shift active right now
  • Today — today’s shift time (or “Off”)

When to use it

  • Before your shift — who else is here today?
  • During a busy period — who’s coming on next?
  • Planning a meeting — who’s in today vs. tomorrow?

Permissions

Viewing the Team page requires the users.view permission. This is granted to Supervisors and Leads by default; Admin also has it. Rank-and-file employees don’t see Team by default — but they can be given the permission via a custom role if your org wants everyone to see the roster.

Future additions

  • Filter by group
  • Sort by shift/seniority
  • Quick actions (send message, offer trade)
For now, it’s purely informational. Click through to My Schedule and switch to Team view for a calendar-style look at everyone’s shifts.
