Types of messages

Reading

Click any message in the left list to read it on the right. Opening marks it as read. Click the checkmark icon next to “Messages” to mark all as read at once.

Email mirror

If your org has SMTP configured, most messages also send as email. Approvals, trade requests, and schedule publishes all email the recipient’s address.
Emails are one-way. Replying to an email doesn’t reply in iWorkWhen — use the app’s Reply button instead.

Mobile

The Inbox splits to a simple stacked list on phones. Tap a message to read the full body.
