Edit your:
  • First name / last name
  • Display name (shown in navigation and messages)
  • Phone number
  • Avatar color (a warm hue slider for your avatar circle)
Click Save profile to apply.

Account

Read-only summary of:
  • Your email
  • Your roles (as chips)
  • Your group
  • Your primary position/location
Below, a Change password form. Enter a new password (8+ characters) and click Update password. You stay signed in.

Password reset by email

If you’re logged out and can’t remember your password, go to the login page and click Forgot password?. The app emails you a reset link.
The “Forgot password?” link only appears if your org has configured SMTP. If it doesn’t, ask your admin to set a new password for you directly.

What you can’t edit yourself

  • Your email address (contact an admin)
  • Your roles (contact an admin)
  • Your seniority rank (contact an admin)
  • Your employee number (contact an admin)
  • Your group or primary position (contact an admin)
This is by design — these are the fields that affect permissions, scheduling, and bidding outcomes.
