Lists every open shift you’ve claimed, with its status:pending— supervisor hasn’t chosen yetselected— you got the shift (it’ll appear on your calendar)passed— supervisor chose someone else
Post availability
Let supervisors know when you’d take OT without them having to post it first:Time window (optional)
If you’re only free in certain hours, enter them. Leave blank for “any time on those days.”
Request overtime
If you want to work extra on a specific date (not a shift that’s currently open):- Pick a date
- Enter hours
- Add a reason

Keep availability current
Stale availability is useless. Update yours when your life schedule changes.
Volunteering ≠ guaranteed
Some orgs pick by seniority; some by fairness (whoever’s worked least OT). Check with your supervisor if you’re curious how it’s decided.
